The area around 'Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad' is well-provisioned with bike lanes, but they are somewhat haphazardly laid out and traffic is very heavy. Also, the city has a number of large roundabouts which, while quite logical once you've got the idea of priorité à droite , are not at all a good idea for the timid or inexperienced.
